All propellers sold by Skydragons undergo an individual quality control procedure before they are wrapped.

To ensure that you receive them in pristine condition they are fitted with energy absorbing transport pads and despatched in special boxes marked up to advise the carrier that what they are carrying is fragile.

This packaging method is expensive but since I have been using it all propellers despatched have arrived in perfect condition ready to fit to the pilots machine.

I currently use a 48 hour delivery service, orders placed before mid day will normally be processed and despatched that day.

If you receive a propeller that has been damaged in transit then you must keep the packaging and inform me immediately to faciltate a claim with the carrier.
