SALES TERMS:
1. All prices are in U.K. pound (Sterling).
2. The title to goods shall remain with Skydragons Leisure Limited until goods are paid for in full.
3. All goods described within this web site or any other web site belonging to Skydragons Leisure limited are offered in good faith. No warrantees are implied or offered other than those offered by the equipment manufactures.
4. Prices are correct to the best of our knowledge but cannot be guaranteed correct and are provided as a guide to the selling price of the item. Once an offer to purchase is accepted by Skydragons Leisure Limited (The Company),the price of the offered item is fixed at the agreed price.
5. Delivery costs calculated by PayPal "Add to basket" buttons are for U.K. address delivery only. International buyers need to email me for shipping cost details before ordering.

6. Orders under the value of £30 are shipped via 1st class Royal Mail, orders over £30 are normally shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcel Force 48 services.
7. Non-stock special order items require a 15% deposit, payable in advance.
8. Deposits paid for special orders or to hold goods pending full payment on reserved items, are non - refundable.
9. These terms apply equally to distance or personal call orders made by any method.

It is my intention to give any problems you may have with goods supplied by Skydragons Leisure Limited, my utmost attention in order to ensure your satisfaction. To help me with this please read my RETURNS POLICY below.

RETURNS POLICY:
1. Eligible goods will be accepted for refund or exchange if returned within seven days of receipt.
2. To enable a return all customers must contact Skydragons Leisure Limited for a returns reference.
3. Goods returned without a returns reference may not be eligable for refund or exchange.
4. Only goods returned in as new condition and with the complete original packaging will be eligible for a refund subject to the companies restocking terms.
5. All goods returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Goods returned in substandard condition and or without the undamaged complete original packaging will be subject to a further fee to be decided upon at the Company's discretion.
6. Books, video tapes, CD-ROM, dvd-rom are not eligible for refund or exchange unless the original packaging / seal is unopened or the goods are faulty or damaged.
7. Goods you are returning that arrived damaged must be returned with the original packaging to enable a claim to be made from the carrier. Failure to keep the original packaging may jeopourdise your claim and eligabilty for an exchange or refund.

8. Propellers are NON RETURNABLE. Propellers that are received damaged in transit are eligable for replacement, but you must keep the original box to enable a claim against the carrier.
9. Special order items are not eligible for refunds or exchange under the above terms. Unless they are faulty, and subsequently cannot be repaired or replaced.

10. Goods returned for refund, exchange or repair are at the buyers cost unless the item is supplied faulty at time of delivery or has been incorrectly supplied.
11. When returning items for refund, exchange or repair, it is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the goods arrive in good condition, and that the goods are insured against loss or damage in transit. Any losses are at the customers cost.
